Axatech Apps is the business software product division of Axatech. Axatech Apps and Axatech WA Tally Connect are products operated by Axatech. We provide business software, TallyPrime-connected applications, WhatsApp Business Platform integrations, product demonstrations, implementation assistance and related business software services.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name, company name and designation.
• Email address, telephone number and WhatsApp number.
• Product interests, support requests and enquiry details.
• Sample formats, screenshots or files shared for requirement assessment.
• Communication records relating to demonstrations, quotations, implementation and support.
• Information required to configure or operate a customer-authorised integration.

3. Information collected automatically

When analytics, security or connected platform services are enabled, limited technical information may be collected automatically, such as browser type, device type, approximate location, referring page, visited pages, IP address, website interaction data, service logs and security events.

4. How we use information

Information may be used to:

• Respond to enquiries and arrange product demonstrations.
• Assess requirements and prepare quotations or implementation plans.
• Provide installation, activation and product support.
• Configure and operate customer-authorised integrations and workflows.

5. Tally and business data

The public website is not intended for passwords, licence secrets, complete accounting backups or highly confidential business records. Where sample data is required for assessment, customers should share only the minimum information necessary and remove sensitive information wherever possible.

6. WhatsApp Business Platform and Axatech WA Tally Connect

Axatech operates Axatech WA Tally Connect, a business communication and TallyPrime integration platform. When a customer connects a WhatsApp Business Account, the application may process information made available through the customer-authorised WhatsApp Business Platform connection.

This may include:

• WhatsApp Business Account and business profile information.
• WhatsApp Business Account identifiers.
• Business phone-number identifiers.
• Approved message templates and template status information.
• Messages, message metadata and media required for supported communication workflows.
• Delivery, sent, read and failure status information.
• Webhook events received from the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Customer contact details and related communication records handled through the connected service.

This information is processed only to provide features requested or configured by the customer. Depending on the enabled features, this may include sending invoices or statements, payment reminders, customer support, shared-inbox functionality, template management, delivery tracking, campaign messaging and business workflow automation.

Axatech does not sell WhatsApp, Meta or customer communication data. Access is limited to authorised users and service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security or provide customer-requested functionality.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their use of WhatsApp Business Platform messaging, templates, contacts, campaigns and customer communications complies with applicable law, customer permissions and applicable Meta or WhatsApp platform requirements.

A customer may disconnect its WhatsApp Business Account from the application. Requests to delete associated application data can also be submitted through our Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Meta and third-party platform services

Axatech WA Tally Connect may rely on services provided by Meta, WhatsApp and other infrastructure, hosting, email, security or technical service providers. Information may be transmitted to or processed by those providers where reasonably necessary to deliver the connected service. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply to information processed directly by them.

8. Legal basis and consent

We process personal information for legitimate business purposes, to respond to requests, to perform agreed services, to meet legal obligations or on the basis of consent where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting us, subject to lawful retention requirements and other applicable obligations.

9. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with hosting, email, analytics, payment, communication, Meta/WhatsApp or technical service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide a connected service or deliver customer-requested functionality. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, users, systems and security.

10. Data retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, service operation, contractual performance, support, accounting, dispute resolution, security and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the connected service, customer configuration and applicable legal requirements.

When a valid deletion request is completed, information covered by the request will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable, except information that must be retained for lawful, security, contractual or regulatory reasons.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information and restrict access to authorised persons. No internet transmission, third-party platform or storage system can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential cookies and, where configured, analytics or performance tools. Where required, visitors will be provided with appropriate notice or consent options.

13. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating or deletion of personal information, or raise a concern about its processing. We may need to verify identity, account ownership or authority before acting on a request.
